Alt-radio

Ya tengo fecha de vuelo. El 23 de abril es el día en que dejo España. Estoy intentando organizar el viaje, además de cerrar asuntos de mi vida pasada y presente. Rehaciendo listas música para llevarme (lo cual no tiene demasiado sentido si en el albergue hay WiFi), me he acordado de la lista de canciones que me hice cuando trabajaba en Radio Ciutat Vella. Llámame melómano (o irresponsable), pero en lo más que pienso antes de irme a UK es en música. Gigas y gigas de música.



Radio Ciutat Vella es una radio con más música alternativa y raruna que moléculas de agua tiene el océano pacífico. Durante un año entero, fui apuntando canciones y grupos musicales que sonaron ahí en post-its, esperando descargarlos para mi disfrute algún día. Pues bien, todavía no lo he hecho - los he pasado a Evernote.

Si alguna vez te has preguntado qué suena en una emisora donde la audiencia es una cifra irrelevante, allá va esta lista.

Que conste que no va en ningún orden en concreto ni sigue ninguna lógica interna.

I have news.
April 23rd is the day I leave Spain. I'm trying to organize the Journey, and also dealing with some final stuff of my past and present life. I was re-elaborating music lists to carry with me (which doesn't make a lot of sense since Youth Hostels have WiFi) when I recalled the song list I wrote down when I worked in Radio Ciutat Vella. Call me music-lover (or irresponsible), but all I can think of before flying to UK is to carry the appropiate music. GB and GB of music.

Radio Ciutat Vella is a radio with more alt-music that you could ever imagine. For a whole year, I wrote down in post-its songs and music bands that played there, in order to download them, some day, for my personal use. Well, that day hasn't yet arrived - but I rewrote the list in Evernote.

If you ever wondered what does a local radio sound like - one where audience it's an irrelevant number - here goes this list. Be warned, the list follows no order nor internal logic.
